In order to ensure high quality of customer service, ArcusLink implemented internal quality policy.

In technical aspects of translation projects management, internal Quality Policy covers project processing procedure, ensuring due and on-time turnover of projects and their consistency with all Client's requirements.

In language and style quality aspects, due to Quality Policy, ArcusLink offers its customers creation of field-of-speciality glossaries as well as terminology memories. Furthermore, due to large number of cooperating partners and suppliers, each project is managed by translator or group of translators specialising in a given field, while our Clients are offered the possibility of establishing translators team for their disposal.

Upon request of our Client we can also assure specialist review of translated text by professional in a given field.

Quality of our services can be easily tested! Each potential customer is offered sample translation of 2 standard pages or 500 words. Sample translations are free of charge and do not constitute any obligation on the part of the Client to forward any future projects to ArcusLink.

Confidentiality Policy

General Terms of Services adopted by ArcusLink protect our Clients' rights not only to ensure high quality and on-time processing of translation projects, but also to maintain confidentiality of all materials we work with.

ArcusLink team and all translators and suppliers involved in translation and project management are obliged to keep confidential all information delivered to us by our Clients in translation process.
